Do you come to my home or workplace?+
Yes. We are a 100% mobile detailing service and can come directly to your home, workplace, office or business location.
What areas do you service?+
We proudly serve the entire Tampa Bay area and surrounding communities. If you're unsure whether we service your area, contact us and we'll be happy to confirm.
Do I need to provide water or electricity?+
No. Our van is fully self-sufficient, so we do not need access to water or electricity at your location.
Do I need to be home during the service?+
No. As long as we have access to the vehicle and the keys, you do not need to be present during the service.
What should I do before my appointment?+
Please remove all personal belongings and trash from the vehicle. We also ask that you make sure there is enough clear space around the vehicle for us to work safely and efficiently. Keep in mind that the area surrounding the vehicle may get wet during the service.
Can you service my vehicle at an apartment or condo?+
Yes, absolutely. As long as your apartment complex, condo or community allows mobile detailing services, there is no problem at all.
What happens if it rains?+
If it rains or weather conditions make it difficult to work safely and properly, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. In that case, we will reschedule you on the next available time slot.
Do you remove pet hair?+
Yes, we remove pet hair within reasonable limits. If there is an excessive amount of pet hair, an additional fee may apply; we discuss it with you before starting.
Can you remove stains and odors?+
Yes. We recommend our Deep Interior Cleaning, which includes shampooing of the seats, carpets, floor mats and trunk area. Steam cleaning and ozone treatment are also available as add-ons. Results may vary depending on the nature and age of the stain or odor, which we can discuss with you before your appointment.
What forms of payment do you accept?+
You can pay by card online when you book, or in cash on site at the end of the appointment. You choose at the last step of the booking.
Do I need to pay a deposit?+
No. There is no deposit: pay by card when you book, or in cash on the day.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?+
Let us know at least 24 hours in advance to move or cancel an appointment and avoid a fee. Reply to your confirmation email or call us.
What if I'm not satisfied with the service?+
It has not happened yet, and we intend to keep it that way. If something is not right, tell us before we leave and we will fix it on the spot.
